This policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for the LudeInvoice Pro subscription. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Cancelling
You can cancel Pro at any time from your account page or the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period:
- you will not be charged again;
- your Pro features stay active until the period you have already paid for ends, after which the account returns to the free plan;
- your documents remain accessible on the free plan on the device you created them on; cloud sync across devices stops.
Renewals
Subscriptions renew automatically — monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you chose — at the price in effect at renewal, until you cancel. Stripe emails you a receipt for each payment.
Right of withdrawal (EU)
Pro is digital content and services that begin immediately. When you subscribe, you expressly ask us to start straight away and acknowledge that you therefore lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that normally applies to online purchases once the service has begun. You confirm this at checkout.
Refunds
Because access is immediate and you can cancel any time to stop future charges, we generally do not provide refunds for periods already started, and we do not pro-rate partial periods. We will, however, issue a refund where one is required by law, or at our discretion in cases such as a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, or a Pro feature being unavailable for an extended period through our fault.

For a billing question, a suspected error, or a refund request, email contact@ludehq.com from the address on your account, with the date and amount of the charge. We aim to respond within a few business days.
