By using LudeInvoice (the "Service"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
The Service
LudeInvoice is a free, browser-based tool for creating and downloading invoice and offer PDFs. It is provided by LudeHQ, based in Larnaca, Cyprus.
Free use
The Service is offered free of charge for personal and commercial use. There is no account, no subscription, no usage limit. You may use the PDFs you generate for any lawful purpose.
Your content
You retain full ownership of the invoice data you enter and the PDFs you generate. Because the Service has no backend, we never receive, store, or have access to your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and tax compliance of the documents you create.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Create fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
- Violate any applicable law, including tax, accounting, and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction.
- Attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its infrastructure.
No warranty
The Service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that the generated PDFs will meet the legal or formatting requirements of any specific jurisdiction.
No tax or legal advice
LudeInvoice is a formatting tool, not an accounting or legal product. The VAT calculations, totals, and document layouts are provided for convenience. You are responsible for verifying that any document you issue complies with the invoicing, accounting, and tax-disclosure requirements of your country or industry. Consult a qualified accountant or lawyer where appropriate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LudeHQ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or errors in generated documents.
Local data
Drafts you save are stored only in your browser's localStorage. We are not responsible for data loss caused by clearing browser storage, switching browsers or devices, browser bugs, or any other client-side issue. Export your drafts as JSON if portability matters to you.
Changes to the Service
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. Because your data is local, you can continue using any draft JSON exports you have saved.
Intellectual property
The LudeInvoice name, logo, and design system are property of LudeHQ. The PDFs you generate are yours. The application source code is proprietary to LudeHQ.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus.
