These terms govern your use of LudeInvoice (the "Service"). By using the Service — and, if you subscribe, by completing checkout — you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
LudeInvoice is a tool for creating and downloading invoice, offer, quote and receipt PDFs. It is provided by LudeHQ, based in Larnaca, Cyprus. The core builder is free to use without an account. A paid Pro plan adds cloud sync across devices, the AI draft builder, the product catalog and branding removal.
2. Accounts
Some features require an account, which you create by signing in with Google or Apple. You are responsible for keeping access to your sign-in method secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these terms.
3. Subscription, pricing and billing
- Pro is offered at €4.99 per month or €49 per year. Any applicable VAT is shown and added at checkout based on your location.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period, and the payment method on file is charged, until you cancel.
- We may change prices with reasonable prior notice; changes apply to billing periods after the notice. Continuing to use Pro after a price change means you accept it.
4. Immediate access and your right of withdrawal
Pro is a digital service that begins immediately. By subscribing you expressly request that we start providing it right away and you acknowledge that, once it has started, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance contracts under EU consumer law. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for how cancellation and refunds work.
5. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account page or the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; your Pro features remain active until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial periods, except where required by law.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the invoice data, logos and images you enter and the PDFs you generate. To operate the Service (for example, to sync your documents across your devices), you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your content for any other purpose. How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. The AI draft builder
The AI feature generates draft line items from the text and images you provide, using a third-party AI provider. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete and is a starting point only — you are responsible for reviewing every figure, price and detail before issuing any document. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- create fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents;
- impersonate another person or entity;
- violate any applicable law, including tax, accounting and consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction;
- attempt to disrupt, attack, reverse-engineer or abuse the Service or its infrastructure;
- resell or redistribute the Service without our permission.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
9. No tax or legal advice
LudeInvoice is a formatting tool, not an accounting or legal product. VAT calculations, totals and layouts are provided for convenience. You are responsible for ensuring any document you issue complies with the invoicing, accounting and tax rules that apply to you. Consult a qualified accountant or lawyer where appropriate.
10. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, add or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you are actively paying for, you may cancel and, where appropriate, receive a refund for the unused portion.
11. No warranty
Except as required by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms limits your mandatory rights as a consumer.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LudeHQ shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages, or for lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law.
13. Intellectual property
The LudeInvoice name, logo, design system and source code are the property of LudeHQ. The PDFs and content you create remain yours.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Disputes are subject to the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
